Never Enough

映画「The Greatest Showman」の劇中で実在したスウェーデンの歌姫「ジェニー・リンド」が「Never Enough」を歌うシーンは、同じくスウェーデンの女優Rebecca Ferguson（レベッカ・ファーガソン）が演じました。実際の歌声はLoren Allred（ローレン・オルレッド）によって歌われ、いわば吹替ということになりますが、彼女の迫真の演技に圧倒されてもはや彼女が熱唱しているとしか思えないほどです。何度聞いても鳥肌が立ちます。

昨日届いた新しいデスクトップスピーカーを取り付け、音質チェックをかねていろいろと好きなYouTubeをかけていたらこの曲にたどり着き久しぶりに聴いて感動しました。

香港はもう中国・・・。観光地としての魅力を失いました。

「香港の終わり」です。
国家安全法で1国2制度が崩壊します。事実上、香港は中国になってしまうのでしょうか。

香港市民はもちろんですが、われわれ外国人からするとかつての魅力ある観光地としての香港ではなくってしまうのでしょうか。

我が家が旅行したのは返還前の香港。観光客がすごく多くて狭い街並みにびっしりとお店があってどこも多くの人で賑わっていた印象があります。マカオにも行きました。当時はカジノはなかったかな。ここも異国感たっぷりでした。
